LICENSING

Property licensing requirements vary significantly between local authorities and London boroughs, making it challenging to remain fully compliant across different regions.

GAS SAFETY CERTIFICATES (GSC)

Gas Safety Certificates are a legal requirement and must confirm that all gas appliances, fittings, and flues within the property are safe.

Certificates must be renewed every 12 months by a Gas Safe registered engineer. We can arrange inspections on your behalf and ensure certification is issued promptly. Landlords must provide tenants with a copy of the certificate within 28 days of the inspection, and our compliance team ensures this requirement is met.

RIGHT TO RENT

Landlords are legally required to verify that all tenants aged 18 or over have the right to rent in the UK.
